Over a month later and I’m back on the blog. A lot has happened since the last update. For one thing I took a 3 week trip around Continental Europe, which was amazing. I will be covering that in much more detail in the next few entries. After I returned from that trip I had about 2 days in my room here in London before my parents arrived and I got to move into a hotel for a week. I will cover that later too.
After my parents left I had a solid week of serious paper-writing, because I had three papers due in the same week. This may not seem like that great of a schedule, but I think it was nice to get into writing mode and just knock them all down. All in all I wrote about 9,800 words in the span of 6 days. Now, though, three of my classes are over completely and my last class, Marketing, just has an exam on the 17th and then I am done completely.
These days I have mostly been hanging out with my friends on campus, and making occasional trips into Central London. It’s nice to have this time to live like a college student again after having done such intense traveling. Most of my friends are back from going home for break or traveling so we are just trying to make the most of the end of our time here. It is strange and sad that I only have two weeks left here! But as I’ve already said, I don’t foresee this being the last time I am in London. At least I hope it isn’t. All the same I have made a list of things I want to do and see before I head back to the states. Hopefully I can get to everything.
Well, hopefully this entry will let you all know that I am still alive and well in the UK. After this I am hoping to post some entries summarizing my trip around Europe. Obviously there is a lot to say, but I am just going to try and hit the highlights. Wish me luck!
